Though the couple have been engaged for nearly two years, Britney's agent-turned-fiance will be REMOVED from her conservatorship immediately, and the pair will part ways.
In fact, lawyers are apparently in court right now, along with Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, making things a done deal.
Though there is a lot of legal malarky to get through, we're hearing this is being considered a "friendly breakup" and Britney and Jason will remain friends.
But the weird part? The reason behind their split!
Sources say they just "grew apart."
Um, what?! They are ALWAYS TOGETHER! How is that even possible?
We're just so sad to hear this! We wanted them to be together forever!!!

you can be with someone ALL the time that you were once attracted to and still be emotionally distant from them. it's not hard to grow apart from someone you're always with.
Your boyfriend legally over your decisions, that seems odd. It is obvious she is heavily medicated but unless she put her boys in grave danger (which I know she did the one time all cracked out with no nanny) but c'mon this conservatorship seems lengthy and punitive.
