This is just sad if it's even half true, Perez. What they're saying is that Britney is unwell, and will always be. Jason did the honorable thing. I read Britney wanted to have more kids and Jason did not, since Britney can't handle the responsibility. I feel sorry for her dad. He seems like a level headed person who is trying to keep things together. You have to wonder what will happen to Britney if anything happens to her father. He is largely responsible for getting her back on her feet, getting her medical help, to where she can function.

She still clearly has mental issues that if the conditions weren't in place she may just lose it. Just because she looks sane in public, can perform, and do a competition show doesn't mean that it was easy for everyone responsible for her. Who knows how much it takes for Britney being sane?

He should never have dated her in the first place. If a person is deemed to unstable to handle their own finances and other important decisions, why on earth would anyone think that particular individual is sound enough to carry on an adult relationship? I don't think he is necessarily a bad guy, but from the outside it seems like he decided to start dating her as a good management move. If he really thought of her as a partner, why would he break up with her via the other conservator? I think the relationship was more about making Britney look stable to the press than any real romantic connection on Jason's part. The whole thing is depressing. Poor Britney, they are going to keep puppeteering her and she is going to stay glassy-eyed and performing so that other people can make money. It truly makes me sad.

And she wants more children? I feel bad for the two boys she has now. Jason was most likely a very stabilizing force in their lives and now that he's gone it will be tough on them. Britney is mentally ill. The rumors of her going to Las Vegas to do a show for months at a time scares me. It is a tough busines that has obviously taken its toll on her and what she really needs to do is get out of show business. Her "talent" has peaked. Time to maybe just be a mom and take real time to heal herself before something really bad happens.

I think there is no torture more excrutiating then what the sufferers of mental illness go through. Bi-polar disease is perhaps the most cruel in that a person can appear to be high functioning, and yet is at the disease's complete mercy. I really feel bad for Britney. All those years of being sick, and manipulated by a POS, breaking down in public, her suffering and humiliation for all to see and gawk at. I am amazed at her resilience. She, of course, has her Dad - but he won't be there forever for her. I was really hoping Trawick would be the one who could deal with her disease - but alas, it proved too much for him. I can only hope that one day Britney will find someone she loves who will take care of her in good times and in bad times until death do they part. She seems like such a sweet person - who happens to have a hellish disease. God help her.

She's not a kid anymore. She would have had more than a clue along the way that things aren't right. If that's the case, she might be feeling fortunate that it's gone the way it's gone before she walked down the aisle again. If you're going to marry, it has to feel right.

Re: thebigboot – Some people do better when they're working/being productive. Vegas is a predictable and dependable gig, and she'll make deeper friendships there with people who work with her day in and day out, like a broadway cast. It might be just what she needs.

!st off I think this story is a little far fetched. yes there maybe some mental illness you guys make her sound like she is 5 and doesn't know her left hand from her right… She along with her family and camp are the only people who know whats going on with her.. but based on the absent look on her face during the X factor i'd say they are over medicating her and who's to say its even the right kind of meeds. I don't believe in this form of westernize medicine. because it doesn't fix anything it just turns the person into an emotionless blank vessel. my hope is that someone actually starts paying attention to what these doctors are prescribing . just speaking from personal experience
