Jessica Simpson's HIGHlarious Life Turns Into A TV Comedy… Starring Jessica Simpson!!

Oh man, will they cover her Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica phase or skip straight to her parents' divorce/two babies in two years drama?!

NBC has ordered a scripted comedy pilot of a show based on Jessica Simpson's life that also stars Jessica Simpson! Which is honestly for the best seeing as what this world obviously needs is a giant injection of JSimps.

The pop star/reality star/actress/fashion lady/apparent comedian recently dished about the project, expressing:

"I often find myself thinking that no one could ever make up the things that actually happen in my life- so between the real life elements and a great team of writers, I think we’ll have people laughing!"

Interestingly, the show will be co-produced by Jessica's dad Joe Simpson, who she apparently isn't even talking to…

Now THAT's some highlarious situational comedy right there!

Oh wait. That's just sad, real life drama.
