International Flight Wi-Fi? TAKE OUR MONEY!

Finally!
There's nothing worse than international flights. They're cramped, long, and boring.
One of those things is about to change (it's the boring part, if you didn't read the headline)! United is becoming the first U.S. airline to offer Wi-Fi on their international flights!! Of course, this is going to cost you: you can pick between two internet speeds — a standard speed between $4 and $15 or an accelerated speed ranging between $6 and $20.
Honestly, that extra $20 bucks will be worth it if we can tweet from 30,000ft on a trip to Tokyo. Yeah, bitch!
Will U be breaking out UR wallet??

I'll be damned if I'll pay 20 bucks to get online. It should be free. You idiots that are willing to pay for this BULLSHIT cost us all.
Emirates already does this. Used the internet over christmas on flight from London to Dubai
this is being done already on Emirates Airline and it is for free. No clue who would wanna pay for it.
Take your money? you can't even do that meme right! you fail!
Okay. I might fly on occasion IF and only IF I can tweet and check Perez enroute!! AMH so, you got my riddle!! Of course First Nations Canada owns the water, it is on the land. Air powered hydro AND all wireless communications! Rent the airspace, see Burlesque!! Tell Aunty Cher I love her new single!! AMH
Re: Hannah –
Agreed. They are charging a month's worth of internet access, for a only few hours.
The airline industry is dying due to greed and inconvenience, yet they are obviously showing no signs of improving.
Budget airline Norwegian air had free wi-fi on a flight I took last year.
Re: Cheapskate – Wow, that's what you get charged for a month? In NZ it's at least 4 times that, for a decent amount…
