You have no idea what you are talking about.. You also have no idea the incredible and positive impacts lance has had on people.. Lance, livestrong, and his story were one of my main inspirations while dealing with the death of my mother from cancer (when I was only 15). He has done more good for the world than you ever will.

Perez you look great! Lance doesn't need the money. Though his largest endorsement contract was terminated (Nike) 2nd week in October, Nike didn't severe ties with Livestrong. Livestrong isn't a charity it's a brand. I just bought a LS treadmill. Lance is doing fine monetarily. He does want to compete. You are completely correct though that Lance A has never done anything that didn't benefit him.

TOTALLY MAKES SENSE! On the question of who will sponsor him Perez…look at tiger woods (yuck!) he may not be making as much as he was in sponsorships but I don't he's hurting in any way financially, he'll get a book deal, sponsorships etc…..i think he waited until the statue of limitations was up so he couldn't be held for lying under oath

Re: Robyn – No one is questioning his sincerity when it came to cancer, and yes he did do many good things. BUT the man cheated and lied and used drugs to win. He has denied these allegations up until late last year when he just gave up claiming his innocence. He has taken money from people, he has sued people who claimed he used drugs and really been nasty about it. WHY shouldn't he pay for all the wrongs he have done? Just because he has also done something good? That's not how the real world works. Even people who steal bread to feed their family needs to pay the consequences when caught….

Lance doesn't NEED money, but he certainly seems to WANT it. Yes, Lance has done a huge amount to help people, nothing can take that away. But the damage he has inflicted, for so long, on the sport he supposedly loves, is beyond major. He lied, he stole money (by misrepresenting himself), and now there's word that he's willing to throw other dopers and cycling under the bus. The only thing Lance loves is himself.

He came forward because he was ultimately cornered by talking co-athletes and persistent press. Money or no, he is a primo smoke and mirrors distraction from talking about the machinations of bankers and politicians. He is a bit of a public teething ring. Look over HERE. I hope there comes an examination of the why of the cash purse that became so large that athletes turned to winning at any cost. Sportsmanship and a level playing field got pushed aside by corporate sponsorship and fame.
