Jamie Foxx Gets Unchained On Spike Lee!

Jamie Foxx Spike Lee Django Unchained Comments

Jamie Foxx is tired of being maligned by Spike Lee!

The Ray star is proud of his work, and he's finally ready to take a stand against the director and his Django Unchained comments.

Jamie says Spike is just being a hater as a default instead of giving things a chance. He says:

"The question for me is: where's Spike Lee coming from?

He didn't like Whoopi Goldberg, he doesn't like Tyler Perry, he doesn't like anybody, I think he's sort of run his course.

I mean, I respect Spike, he's a fantastic director.

But he gets a little shady when he's taking shots at his colleagues without looking at the work. To me, that's irresponsible."

Whoa! Talk about throwing some shade! He actually said shade!

More importantly, his point is super important! Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but how can you have an opinion if you haven't even seen the movie?!

I'm a black man and I saw the movie. I was NOT offended at all. In the context…thats what they said in those days. the N Word. It's shocking to hear at first, but once you get into the movie, you understand. Also, Quentin was in the movie, and did not use the word once. If he was trying to be racist, don't you think he would of wrote in a couple N Words for himself? Spike Lee, to me, IS shady. He wants all black enterprises going thru him. Man Spike, sit yo butt down, enjoy the Knicks, and share that sunlight. Go see the movie too, while you're at it

Tarantino did say the N-word in the movie…I loved the flick, and didn't think it was disrespectful at all, but rather made a blackman a hero…If there was anything racist about the movie that didn't justify the times, it was Foxx killing the white people, but I can't blame him. I am white, and not ashamed of that , but I am ashamed of those days. Thank god the German guy was a good guy in the film, I am German and felt better having my roots expoited as good in the film.
