How the hell did Jason work for her for "many many years" when they were married just shy of 3 years? And if you look at the episodes of Bethenny Ever After - he was conflicted about working soley for her throughout the entire series. I hope they both come to their senses and decide to have joint custody because it is about their daughter after all is said and done and she needs both parents in her life.

Bethenny Ever…GREEDY, CRAZY, NEUROTIC, DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING!!!! Jason needs to fight for the "best interest of the child because if he does not, history will repeat itself and we will be reading about Bryn's disfunction in the future. While Bethenny has been so rude with Jason's family, I was shocked when Bethenny said that Bryn wanted to be a "vegetarian" at two years old. How neurotic is that?????

Good for Jason for standing up to Bethany, she was like a pitbull in their marriage and so its no suprise she is trying to call the shots in the divorce, good for him that he isnt a spineless man. The women will be lined up waiting for a chance to land Jason, he is the full package and such a good guy, he deserves happiness and I really uope he finds it. Hopefully Bryn will have her dad as an everpresense in her life, if anything I think he should full custody, because she will be way too busy with her talk show and other businesses to rewlly be a hands on parent like Jason could. And yes, the reality show does paint Jason in a light where he really is apart of her building her brand and then advising her on what to do business wise with skinneygirl, she definitely was consulting him on all aspects and she plenty of times said it was their money and future not just hers, so his lawyers just may have to press play to let the judge decide for himself!

Bethenny is a horror show. The only chance Bryn has in life is with Jason. Otherwise, she will wind up a spoiled, obnoxious narcissist just like her mother. Jason should go for it - would Bethenny have been anything without the marriage and baby?

WOW! You people bashing Bethenny make me laugh. How do you know what went on between them when the cameras were off, behind closed doors? You know nothing more about them than we all know about what goes on in your homes when no one is looking. Stop bashing Bethenny. It ALWAYS takes 2 people to make a marriage work or fail. And MAYBE Jason helped somewhat with her business for a short time when they were together, but stop making him THE reason she has succeeded. You people are SO foolish. Get a life!

Re: Sarah – They both made the marriage and the both destroyed it. You can't blame one person without blaming the other. From what I saw, she was the only one in therapy trying to work on herself. Where was Jason's therapy? If he was attracted to her personality, then what does that say about his imperfections? If he really wanted to make it work he would not have been calling her damaged - he would have tried to work it out.

Bethenny is one fu*ked up woman. Her feuds with her dad, mom, friends, ex-friends, hubby, etc., etc. tell it all. She needs major help for her eating disorder and then for her extreme OCD & sociopath behavior. And with that unfortunate face, her therapist won't have far to look for the root of her problems.

Those two never had a chance…Jason grew up in a normal happy home.. Bethenny doesn't have a clue of what's that like….the way she always treated her in~laws was the best clue that this marriage was doomed before it started. I love Bethenny…but before she can truely give someone love…she has to learn to love herself….understand that she cannot be perfect…life is not perfect…I wish them both peace & happiness : )

As I recall, I believe on their show when the big payoff was coming, she made some kind of quote like "we did it together". It seems like there should be enough to share without anyone hurting financially. Wiser for their daughter to settle their differences amicably like adults than "cut her in half" like the King Solomon story.
