Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer TRAPPED?! Judge Might DENY Request To Quit!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal MattersBusiness Blitz

Poor, poor Shawn Holley! SHE WISHES SHE KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU, LILO!

The way she's handled Lindsay Lohan's excessive DRAMA over the years is impressive to say the least, and the lawyer has earned herself a relaxing, Lilo-free future…

But even though Shawn recently filed papers stating she QUITS as Lindz' legal representation, it seems that the honorable Judge Stephanie Sautner — the same judge who is presiding over Lindsay's current case(s) — COULD deny her plea, forcing Shawn to represent Lindsay during her hearing this Wednesday!

One legal insider shares:

"The paperwork has been submitted for Shawn to withdraw from representing Lindsay. However, it needs Judge Sautner’s approval before it becomes official. If she has any concerns that Lohan is having trouble obtaining new counsel, Judge Sautner could order Shawn to remain on the case until that situation is remedied."

And seeing as Lindsay's replacement lawyer Mark Heller isn't even LICENSED to practice law in California — and we don't see Lilo snatching up new representation by the morning — Tomorrow's hearing is going to be VERY interesting!

We feel for you Shawn, we really do!

And we're SO intrigued as to WHO actually shows up Wednesday to defend Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos!

Send the judge a copy of the letter that Lindsay FIRED you! So f*cking stupid.

Um, Lindsay FIRED her. There is no possible way the judge would force Shawn to represent her, even if Lindsay didn't have another attorney. You, as well as the other sites that have been posting similar stories, could have easily found that info out by doing a simple web search.

Doesn't matter if Lindsay fired her OR if she wants to quit - there have been many cases where a lawyer can be forced to continue to provide representation.

Holley being stuck with Lohan for another case is to hideous to contemplate. C'mon, it's not ’till death do us part, is it?

Is the judge going to pay Holley too? If Lindsay isn't paying her legal bills and is indeed 300K in arrears, I don't quite understand how Judge Sautner could force Holley to do that, (basically work for free) or do I comprehend the system there.

OK, everyone who lives in LA vote against Judge Sautner, I will try and Google tomorrow to see if she has a committee and when the next vote is (maybe November, I do not think June). Let them all know that you are voting against her and why and that you will not contribute one dime to her campaign. Then spread the word to your friends.
