Lohan, according to this snake oil salesman, is "brilliant" (probably more brilliant than he is, that's for sure and that's not saying much) "very worldly" (dear God, he doesn't even know that that's not exactly a great compliment) and will "rise to occasion" (oh yes she will, she will rise when they place the handcuffs on her and lead her out to serve her (at least) 285 days for violating parole for the billionth time. Mark Heller is a disgusting, schmoozing, oil slick of a lawyer - just perfect for Lohan and what she deserves. I hope he's her lawyer forever because it will make me happy to see justice prevail. And thankfully, this guy likes to talk to the media - cool! Talk away, you idiot with the moronic client!

Does she think the court is a movie negotiation where she writes her own ticket? I can understand her allegedly thinking that, because that's how it's looked in every case up until now. Maybe they're just running this by the public because that's what's going to happen.
