We’ve been hearing about Paris Hilton’s second album for a while now, but this is some pretty big news for the socialite-turned-singer!
It turns out Paris has officially signed a deal with Cash Money Records, home to other big names, including Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake!
The label's founder, Birdman, confirmed the news on Twitter earlier today:

I hope they do charge this guy - endangering the public just to snap a photo is unacceptable. Also, driving recklessly to avoid getting your picture taken is unacceptable as well. If the photographer is charged, they should charge Beiber as well.
