Frank Ocean gives "taking the high road" a whole new meaning!
After allegedly being viciously victimized in a Chris Brown fight — one that left Frankie with sliced fingers might we add — the classy artist has decided NOT to press battery charges after all!
Posting on his Tumblr, Frank opts for peace over legal drama, saying:
"As a child I thought if someone jumped me. it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and a modern person. I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."
We really respect Frank, but we truly hope this ends right here and right now.
Because we'd hate to see Breezy take this not as an olive branch, but rather an example to take advantage of Frank's lenient heart in the future.
