Poor Taylor Swift, those hackers gonna hack, hack hack...
Well, not viciously, but still! Total violation of privacy!
Which is totally strange to anyone who follows her account already!
The tweets said:
Oooo Kimmy K… gurl!
Now, Kim has been enjoying the shooting range for years now, and we're sure she enjoys feeling like she can protect herself. But this was a clear example of a celebrity forgetting the height of their platform, and the social-impacting consequences that can come with it.
"Today, people in Newtown are making the #sandyhookpromise to reduce gun violence. Sign the pledge with me."
So to glamorize them and post a photo of a DIAMOND gun just weeks after… that's just a tad irresponsible, no?
Fans immediately raged back, saying things like:
"You have too much influence to be this blind and ignorant. Innocent children & people still die even if the gun is pretty."
"Seriously. When everyone is debating gun control, this is what you post – as if it’s just a fun accessory?"
Angered by the seemingly hypocritical move on her part, the fans raged on. So she responded by immediately deleting the photo, but we still have it for reference (see below).
Kim has yet to respond to the controversy, but we're sure she feels like it was all just a big misunderstanding — one she could have easily avoided by not celebrating the use of guns in the first place!
