Miley is clearly wearing two different jackets. The jacket in the picture where her face is showing has spikes on the sholder, in the photo where the girl is hiding her face there are no spikes on the jacket.
Also, the man in the photo where the girl is hiding her face clearly isn't Ed. It doesn't even resemble him.
