Seems like someone is feeling a wee bit GUILTY for (allegedly) forging Chris Brown's community service records!!
Bryan Norwood, the Virgina Police Chief who signed off on Breezy's recently contested community service documentation, has RESIGNED from his position!!!
Norwood and the rest of the Richmond Police Department were scandalized last week when the LA's District Attorney's office filed papers insisting that Brown LIED about completing his mandated 180 days of community service in connection with his 2009 Rihanna assault case.
Of course, Breezy's lawyer is ADAMANT that Chris is being 100% honest and that the DA is cray cray.
