Would you want to eat at a place owned by Lindsay Lohan?
Well, as adventurous as that seems, it might actually be a thrill you can get in on!
You see, it sounds like LiLo is realizing her career is, well, going down the toilet.
And now she might even be considering opening a “high-end Mexican restaurant” in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.
We know your first thought: Where the hell is she getting money for a restaurant?!
While we don’t have an answer for that one - unless it’s being funded by some friendly gentlemen - we do know a few other deets.
Lindz has been checking out a location at 39 N. Moore St. a few times and was overheard commenting on where she would put a bar and DJ booth.
Bar and DJ booth…that sounds like our LiLo!
Or maybe she was just consulting for a friend looking to open a new spot because if there’s someone you want helping your business, it’s Lindsay Lohan!
Oh wait…
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see if we get a chance to eat LiLo’s taco. LOLz!

I wouldn't want my business associated with her name in any way (if she is scouting locations for a friend). Maybe the restaurant staff will be required to be drunk/high, insulting, assaulting, throwing glasses, punching, throwing tantrums, stealing from the guests, valet driving guests cars into guests and taking off, have their mothers come in and make excuses for them - it would be the full Lohan experience.

So she has a court date coming up and may spend time in jail, or maybe a few more hundred hours of community service; she has no money and in fact owes a pile; she is suing a business she was previously involved in; she is known to lose it and attack people….and now we hear she is thinking of opening a 'high end' Mexican restaurant in NYC. I just think someone has an incredible imagination.
Who the heck wants a DJ in a Mexican restaurant for heaven's sakes? And I am happy to have the waiter bring me my margarita, although a bar area is nice if you have to wait for your table.
But where is she going to get the money with her bank accounts frozen?
