It's beginning. She mentioned a month or two ago she wants to transition to acting and stay there, now shes apparently injured to the point that she might have to retire. This is how PR works they plant the seeds for whats to come before they actually go there. But Lady Gaga can't just stop one thing and start another, no, she's too much of an attention seeking prat for that. She's gonna 'martyr' herself, make her fans believe she would 'do anything' for them and that she is 'absolutely devastated' but her health 'can't take the intensity of performing anymore'. And all those gay little monsters will cry and scream and take to the interwebs to tell us all how brave Mother Monster is and how she danced herself into retirement 'just for the fans'. She is putting on an act, always has been as Lady Gaga, and she's probably getting quite sick of it. Yet with her ego she couldn't just quit, she will grandstand and milk it for all its worth.

I feel sorry for her for having to cancel, I feel sorry for all her fans who won't be able to see her live. I saw her in Montreal, and I am now extra grateful that I got to see her live. I cannot imagine what she is going through, or what the other fans are. Get better fast Gaga, your fans will be behind you.

A commenter on another site stated that she had the same condition, and the steroids prescribed to allay the excruciating pain of synovitis cause her to gain a lot of weight.
That might explain the weight gain pics a couple of months ago.

Re: unclecreepy – No. During the height of her fame when she was doing the Monster Ball Tour she had to cancel maybe one or two shows and it absolutely devastated her. She doesn't like to let down people. I really don't think this is because she wants to transition into acting. Her album is supposed to come out soon, and she only had a few months left of her tour, so why would she quit now? That's ridiculous. They're saying she can barely walk and needs surgery and much downtime to recover. I really would like to see you and other people perform almost every single fucking night and not expect to get injured. I danced for most of my life and had multiple injuries that did not allow me to dance for long periods because of rehab. Please get a clue.

You can wish all you want about her "fading away" it's not going to happen.
She should call Liza Minelli she can get a discount Now she does not need to pretend she needs a wheelchair and acting disabled. Wheelchairs are made for the Handicapped/Disabled not stage props!
