In a statement, the studio said:

And the dramz just got crazier!
Not only is Alec under investigation for the incident as a harassment claim has been filed, New York State Senator Malcolm Smith is going after the actor as well.
Oooh, doesn't he know Alec doesn't like to be messed with?!
“If these allegations are true, then no television network or film studio should hire the veteran actor until he seeks help. In today’s modern age it’s a disgrace that people still use remarks that provide hatred to others based on race or origin.”
We sure hope nothing nasty was said, but this wouldn't be the first time he threw some loaded words around.
And Malcolm's not just making a statement on the matter! The senator is also contacting NBC to encourage them to request that the actor get into anger management courses before working with him again.
Since Alec just recently signed a two-year TV deal with Universal, it’ll be inneresting to see how they respond.
Think they'll be worried Alec is the next Charlie Sheen??
