Gay Man Stands Up To Man Preaching Hatred Toward Gays On NYC Subway

Way to stand up for what is right!!

We are so proud of this New York City subway passenger who didn’t just let another man spew his anti-gay hate all over the train.

The man in the tan coat didn't back down from the hateful words coming his way as he defended himself and all other homosexuals.

And boy did he make his voice heard!

The mystery man was able to get all his fellow riders on his side as he stands against all the horrible things this so-called “preacher” is saying.

Seriously, the love happening in this train warms our heart!

    Anybody with common decency would. If that jerk on that airplane slapped a kid and made a comment about his parents, it would take 4 people to get me off of him.
    Yes, and I would scream with this gay guy too. Ignorance disgusts me.

    It's not worth your time or energy to try to reason with crazy people. You raise your blood pressure and stress yourself out for no reason. Why waste your time and energy trying to rationalize with someone who is mentally ill?

    As a pastor, this man has free will to preach about whatever he wants, wherever he chooses. He did nothing wrong except voice his opinion. Why is it that liberals are always so hell bent on "equality for all" except when it comes to the conservative white man? Bunch of damn hypocrites.

And I wanna know what Christian church would approve of you visiting gossip sites. Also who was even talking conservative white men?? The man preaching that disgusting hatred that you defend was black. People tend to have a lot of opinions, but that does not always mean that it is necessary to share them due to the fact they are ignorant or irrelevant, perhaps.     Re: Frances27 – Um, clearly no one on the subway agreed with the psycho black man. Therefore, that is him shoving his ignorant opinion down everyones mind. Who the hell is he to offend people like that? Yes, everyone can have an opinion and its okay to have different beliefs, but its not right to offend someone because of them. Especially a group of strangers on the public subway. He should've been fucking slapped.

    PC is killing us. Say what you want and feel and say it often. Try not to bully but don't let the PC shut you up. You have a first amendment to free speech. you can't yell fire in a theater but there is nothing to say you can express your feelings about a sex act.

    Re: umm – First of all, I'm not a pastor, smart one. I'm a civilian who, like this man, has every right to freedom of speech. Did I ever say I attend a church? Or that I was even a Christian for that matter? NO. And the "white conservative man" comment was an example, I wasn't literally referring to the video, obviously. You really have no idea what my beliefs and opinions are, so until you do, shut the hell up. I'll bet you your tiny little minscule monthly salary that if this video was reversed, you'd be cheering the gay guy on for "expressing himself".

    This is what I see: A mad man that hates gays, spewing out madness to passengers that just want to keep to themselves, and a silly man that is confronting the mad man.

    I am all for standing up for yourself and people like you (I'm also gay), but sometimes silence is more powerful than confrontation. If everyone ignored this man, I guarantee that that would piss him off way more than a confrontation. People like this are looking for a confrontation…

    I think the whole thing was stupid.
