Ryan Seacrest Teases A New Single Release From A Major Pop Star! Who Could It Be?
Oh boy, Perezcious readers!
It sounds like we are in for a MAJOR music moment come March 1st, according to Ryan Seacrest!
Yesterday, the Idol host announced on his radio show that a huge pop star would be dropping a new single in little over a week!
Ryan teased:
“I’m particularly excited about some new artists we’ll be playing here soon. But mostly… I think A LOT of people are going to be absolutely thrilled about a certain single coming out in ten days. I can’t give it away but she let me listen to a part of it… definitely a chart topper. Definitely a nice re-entrance to radio.”
Hmm… the options seem endless! Or do they???
Some people are saying the new single could be coming from Britney, who has been hard at work on her new album and even dropped out of X Factor to focus on her music!
And, while Scream & Shout IS currently on the radio now, Brit Brit is technically just featured on the will.i.am song!
Another possible option the new single will be from?? Beyoncé!
Gurl has been taking over lately with her recent documentary premiere and her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour starting up on April 15th! She also hasn’t had a single since 2011!
Oh, and her upcoming album is even said to drop in April, too!
Then there’s always Mariah Carey, Ryan’s Idol counterpart, who just released her Oz The Great And Powerful soundtrack song, but hasn’t had a single on radio since Triumphant over the summer!
Of course we can't forget about Selena Gomez, who is supposedly releasing her new single in March… and has her flick, Spring Breakers due out on March 22nd!
Guess we'll just have to wait until March 1st and leave it up to you to vote for now!

It's so funny how he left her off this list knowing she has new music coming out. We heard WHY they have fallen out, and it's because of Perez as usual. When they were in Australia she agreed to let him interview her and by all accounts he was pushing very very very personal questions on her, and refusing to let up on certain private matters even though Gaga asked him many times and told him many times she was not comfortable with that specific series of questions and wanted to move forward onto other topics and he refused until it got to the point where her friend Tara, and management literally had to walk over and have the cameras turned off and cancel the interview. When he flew back to the States, he was still kissing her ass on TV until he posted that really ugly story about her a long time ago and then was harassing her in text messages for no reason saying things like "HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT?" as he posted rude things about her. Gaga realized Perez hadn't changed and cut him off, and now he's trying to kiss everyone elses ass but a lot of these ladies know better, and do NOT like Perez cause of what he did. Beyonce and Gaga are friends.

Album 8 will drop in the fall for Brit Brit. Katy will do the summer like Teenage Dream in 2010. However GaGa's Artpop will be the one coming out in 10 days. Demi's Heartattack will be coming soon too. lots of Pop coming our way!

I might be going out on a limb, here… but I think it's Cher. I mean, a "re-entrance" to radio? Cher hasn't had new music out in a long time. Gaga has been around. If it isn't Cher, then it probably will be Gaga.
