One Direction Nabs Global Success Award At BRIT Awards!
As IF anyone else is worthy of this award!
One Direction may have lost as the Best British Group, but they were meant for bigger things at the BRIT Awards.
Instead of just taking the title for one country, our 1D boys scored the first ever Global Success Award in recognition of their overwhelming achievements all over the world.
Color us NOT shocked!
With fans loving them everywhere, the five heartthrobs definitely deserved the win.

There were no other nominees announced. This is a scam courtesy of ITV and Simon Cowell who both have a stake in handing them a bogus "award" which they invented just so they can say 1d have "won" a Brit award, since they knew there's no chance in hell these kids would be given any Brits. ITV and Cowell are both behind the x-factor and have interest to show its contestants succeed.

You can live in denial and invent "full clip" that no one has seen or other nominees that no one ever mentioned anywhere.
Re: pergn – Mumford & Sons and Adele were the other nominees. By the way, One Direction has already won a BRIT: it was last year for What Makes You Beautiful.
The reason why they didn't show the nominees is probably because of time.
The information is on Wikipedia but not listed on the BRITS website for suspense: they probably had an entire shortlist that the voting group voted with. Mumford & Sons, Adele, and 1D would've been the top three and then 1D won overall.
One Direction aren't my cup of tea but Harry Styles does have an amazing voice. It kind of blew me away. They all sounded great too. Keep it up boys!

they only show the winner clip and I think Robbie get confused cause he said "look at the winners" and after said "the winner is" haha so they win correctly
Ah, good to see 1D can win an award specifically designed with them in mind. Let's face it, the only reason they had this award was to stop the little fangirls from crying about 1D not winning
