Ever since hearing the news that our beloved James Van Der Beek series, Don't Trust The B-tch In Apartment 23, had suddenly been cancelled, we've looked pretty much like the viral "Dawson crying" gif!
So this is exactly what we needed to hear to feel better!
We can relax, folks!
Our beloved actor will be BACK on TV screens this fall, as he's been cast as the lead in a brand new CBS comedy pilot, called Friends With Better Lives!
Apparently, this one is a mult-camera sitcom that focus on six 30somethings who all believe that their friends have it better than them.
Dawson James will play Will, a sarcastic gynecologist who has no faith in humanity after he discovers his wife cheated on him!
Aww! We know it's a fictional character, but we just want to give him a hug!
LOLz!
But seriously, this sounds like it has a lot of potential, and now that we all know what a solid comedic actor he is, we definitely think this one could have some staying power!
