The handsome and talented Shawn Christensen (and his fabulous crew!!) has earned this award, and we're so happy to see the short film get the recognition it deserves!! It was our fave!!
The rest of the nominees (Death of a Shadow, Henry, Buzkashi Boys, and Asad) should absolutely be proud of all their hard work, but let's be honest — they didn't have little powerhouse Fatima Ptacek fierce-ing up their flicks!!

This short played recently at the Boulder International Film Festival. Everyone LOVED it, including me. Little Fatima was TOTALLY fierce. We'll be seeing more of her I hope. Scene of her dancing in the bowling alley is PRICELESS.
