Daniel Radcliffe Wanted To Be A Knight In Shining Armor For Kristen Stewart At The Oscars

Chivalry is so not dead!

And we are thanking Daniel Radcliffe today for proving that to us.

The actor presented last night at the Oscars alongside a newly injured Kristen Stewart, and he was willing to go to great lengths to ease her pain.

Daniel revealed just what kind of a gentleman he is as he admitted he didn’t want KStew to have to hobble her way on stage:

“I felt so bad. I just wanted to pick her up, put her in my arms and carry her onto the stage.”

Awww, love it!

But, luckily for Kristen and her injury that came from cutting her foot on glass, Daniel knew not to take the risk as he added:

“I probably would have dropped her and opened her wound again.”

Now THAT would have been a show-stopping Oscar moment.

While it would have been memorable, it's probably best KStew didn’t have to go through anymore dramz.

But Daniel can carry us any day of the week!

Couldn't they find a dress that fit her? Her dress was more embarassing than the limp thing or the drugged facial expression in the audience shot..she looked like a shapeless lump, the dress sort of hung independently off her body, like that wierd big panty nude thing she wore. I feel for her somehow, she is so tragic and beautiful, having a hard time growing up.

Come on! She's in a world full of privileges if she doesn't like the perks that come with it just don't do it anymore and get a real job. I mean actors are supposed to be extroverted people, of course there are its exceptions, and even those are excellent in front of the camera. It's a complete pain to watch her. And Daniel is a gentleman, he offered to help her while walking on stage and she refused his help.

In your dreams Perez.and @Adi is right.Dan is a gentleman that tried to help Kristen walk on stage, but refused.that shows how rude she is.if I slipped and fell in a puddle of water and sprained my ankle and he offered to help me,I would definitely say yes on the spot and have him sweep me off my feet.

K-Stew looked lovely in her beautiful dress and it fit well. I think she showed the critics that she has stamina to come after such a painful injury. Daily Mail had day-after pics of her ankle (not even the cut foot) and it looked all black&blue.

Kristen wasn't being rude and Daniel certainly didn't think so. He said she was very, very nice. She didn't need help. May have just made the situation more awkward. She needed to wear one heel and one flat in order to not drag her train which was fitted with her heels on.
