Right before the Oscars began, Dior-donning Charlize Theron rushed to the scene when a security guard fell suffering a seizure.
The Oscar-winning actress was one of the few peeps around trying to help him up, but luckily someone phoned a doctor shortly after.
No word on whether or not he recovered in full health, but we definitely hope so!
Like a pro, Char was able to shake the drama and give her all during the stunning dance performance with Channing Tatum later in the night.
Fingers crossed for the security guard!
