Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Files Another Motion! Claims She Wants To Be RESPONSIBLE, PRODUCTIVE Woman!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal Matters

Lindsay Lohan probation violation motion mark heller

Lindsay Lohan could get yet ANOTHER legal break, but this time it is not so that she can go back to her hard partying ways.

…at least that is what her lawyer, Mark Heller, claims.

After his failed attempt to get the case thrown out because the cops went all Regina George on her, LiLo's attorney motioned Friday to slow down the case—in which she violated her probation—so that she can work on being a better person.

In the document, Mark promises that delaying the case "will enable the Defendant who is pursuing and participating in certain activities which will benefit her and afford her more of an opportunity to be a productive and responsible person and contributor to society."

What kind of activities exactly?

A source disclosed:

"[She will be doing] various public service and various charitable efforts. She's finally made a decision to turn her life around."

Hmm..why are we having a hard time believing this??

The whole thing sounds a bit too good to be true! Are we sure she is on board for this?? Are we talking about the same person that was fired from community service???

Lindsay has been saying she's going to turn around her life for YEARS now, and she's only continued to spiral downward.

We'd be VERY surprised if the judge went for this, but good luck gurl!

Perhaps she could become a better person by FINALLY taking responsibilty for her actions and accepting the consequences..

    That's kinda mean!

Michellt and Tempe - mean? Was it mean when she sucker punched a woman in her face? Was it mean when she lied and said it was her assistant driving so that he could get a record and be sued and go into debt paying for that porsche? Was it mean when she stole a prized possession from an old woman? Or a coat from a stranger's grandma? Or from a small business owner? Was mean when she carjacked a car with three occupants and drove drunk through the stoplights in Santa Monica at 90 mph? Was it mean when Lohan arrived late to every set she ever went to, forcing crews and colleagues (including Meryl Streep) to wait around for her because she partied all night? Get your priorities straight - Perez just tells it like it is - LOHAN IS THE BIGGEST BULLY IN HOLLYWOOD!

this guy is so full of it he should represent Pistorius. Being counseled by Charlie Sheen on Anger Management counts as working to be a better person? baaaawaaaa. LMFAO.

This is a bunch of BS. She has absolutely no feelings whatsoever for anyone except herself. She needs to take responsibility and serve her time for breaking probation. It's that freakin' simple. Lohan will never be a responsible citizen - she has been given dozens of chances by the court system and each time has failed. She is a complete failure on all fronts, intellectually, spiritually, ethically, professionally, monetarily, and truthfully. She has lied, stolen, hurt people, and still continues to drink and drug herself into angry fits where she pummels people. She deserves jail. Not a foundation named after her! What a joke!

What makes this occasion any different than the other 9-14 times she said. "I don't drink, I stay home, I am a home body, I do charity". Ugh quit the lies, there is no one who believes this wench any more. You either tell the cops the truth or you get in trouble. This lawyer thinks she is capable of giving a speech to young women? He is snorting the same stuff Lelo is.

If she wanted to "change", she would take the punishment like us lowly peasants who didn't star in "Mean Girls" would have to do. Shame on the LA legal system.

Her latest Henny Penny is doing stand-up!
    Bravo! Well done, ROFLMAO!

This would sound much more genuine, rather than a blatant attempt to keep her ass out of jail, if she had started turning her life around after the incident happened, or you know, years before when she first said she was going to turn her life around.

Think this time she might get some jail time, this lawyer does not seem to know too much, big mistake she made firing Shawn Chapman Holley. Although I bet Shawn is relieved.

LOL! Almost everyone on this site bashes Perez but if you hate him so much why waste your time reading his blog or watching his vlog? Its pathetic! If you don't like what he has to say stop reading his blog and watching his vlogs, its seriously that simple.

IF she grows up, take responsibility for her actions, and goes to church and means all of it, she will eventually become a better person. It may never change other's opinion's of her, but she will feel better if she believes that she can and will be a better person and MEANS it.

  16. 16

this attorney is a buffoon. telling the judge not to put her away cuz she's really trying is such a lame crock of shit. the end is in sight for her and her bullshit. she's either going to jail or to the 27 club. and I couldn't help but notice that lately there are fewer and fewer people commenting on her stuff. guess the public is really over her. oh well …

Why does she want to change her life right before a big court date? Next she'll be on Leno telling him how she has turned her life around all the while with last nights liquor breath and red eyes. She is soooo predicable in her delusions.
