Just hours after being arrested for reckless endangerment which occurred after the starlet allegedly chucked a bong out her window, Amanda Bynes is pleading her case to the court of public opinion!
Surprising absolutely no one, she sent out an unfocused tweet just minutes ago saying she never drinks or abuses drugs and that she definitely doesn't own a bong!!

She should get the exact same 'fix' than anyone else who broke any of the same laws.
The only thing that will fix Lohan is a three year jail sentence, then a degree from accredited college and a long absence from partying. But it looks like that will never happen so try as they might - we will see Lohan in the same situations over and over again until she kills someone. Lindsay Lohan has a criminal mind, like her father, it's genetic - and she will have to fight her entrenched narcissism every step of the way. But really, if she gets this sweet deal - that will be a sad day for justice. She deserves punishment, not rehab and a foundation named after her. Good lord, it's outrageous.
