    Whatever PCH inforcement was at the scene were incompetent! Really, breath smelled of booze, booze found outside of the car, witnesses saying she was driving, people taken to hospital…but, we didn't do a blood or breath test…we pay these guys to keep us safe. Major fail!

    It's sad to see this once pretty decent looking gal turn to such a skank bag. Really disappointing, get the girl some help, throw her ass in jail and help her reform. Letting her go free or sliding with a sweet plea will only make her continue her streak.

Lindsay Lohan, who just watched with malicious jealousy - Jennifer Lawrence win an Oscar that she not only deserved - but saw everyone in America rooting for her. While Lohan sat drunk and drugged out of her jealous skull in an apartment she doesn't own, while she owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to all her creditors without a penny to her name. Lohan has bullied her way into being the most unlikeable celebrity in the world. So it doesn't really matter if she goes to jail or appears on Charlie's show out of his pity - her goose is cooked as an actress. A study found that Lohan is 99.2% unlikeable. That means no films, or "real" TV shows, or commerrcials, or acting gigs of any worth. She is a lying, thieving, drunken criminal who deserves jail and her on set behavior is so bullying and mean that no one wants to work with her except that other "Winning" loser, Charlie Sheen.

    Like always, Lindsay is gonna walk away from it and never learn a lesson. The stupid system coddles her to damn much! The girl needs jail time! That's the only way she's gonna learn. I don't mean the revolving jail either!

You are confusing what 99.2% of America cares about - let me clue you in, it's not Lindsay Lohan's well-being. We don't care about that anymore to be very honest - what we care about is a person who continues to steal and lie with impunity, who causes physical pain and injury to others, and assaults others outright - is a danger to the communities in which she resides. For Lohan to go unpunished - allows a very real danger to the public - it's going to be our sister or brother she runs over and kills in her car, or our mother or father she will attempt to steal from, or our tax-paid police that she will lie to and wast our money. Like I said, you are confused or simply unwilling (or intellectualy unable) to understand the implications of not caring whether Lohan is jailed for her many, many offenses - or simply is allowed to hurt people again without a care.

    If the people in position to help her don't care whether she lives or dies, then why should Lindsay care?

    Contact Carmen Trutanich's office (he is the city attorney and from my hometown) and let him know how you feel. If you are an LA resident, let him know that you will not be voting for him for re-election (too late for me, already sent in my absentee ballot) and why.

Did she care about the old woman she stole a prized possession from? Or did she care about the woman she punched in the face, the woman she stole a coat from? NO, Lohan doesn't care about anyone else BUT HERSELF. YOU HAVE IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND JDELANEY - Lohan doesn't give a shit about anyone she hurts.

    Yep. She has a chronic criminal bent, imo. To staunch this, as taking personal or moral responsibility doesn't work for her the minute people's backs are turned, only the feral fear of incarceration will make her change her stripes. To get that fear, she could use a nice spell in the hokey.

    Sorry kids but in any other case, breach of probation means jail automatically. What a frickin' kangaroo court. It's laughable how celebrities are treated in US courts. Justice for all…hardly
