We would feel bad for Ashley Tisdale being under the weather and all, but it is hard to feel any sympathy when her boytoy Christopher French is their to soothe her illness!!!
Despite being sick, the Scary Movie 5 star spent yesterday out running errands with her musician boyfriend in Studio City after a few grueling days on the set.
The hard working actress tweeted:
