I guess advancing the cause is using any excuse to get naked on a TV show.
I think that if you don't want folks talking about your boobs you should not show them. I'm a woman and I have them. I don't want any songs written about them (at least not for public consumption). This, to me is like Kim Kardashian demanding privacy… Lena Dunham takes her clothes off on a regular basis on her show - does it add to the story or fill in any blanks? Once you put something out there it becomes fair game.

As to the Lena Dunham's comment about Anne Hathaway's teeth, I much prefer her when she is not giving us her toothy smiles, nice teeth or not, they are disproportionately too huge for her face.
