He shouldn't had said 'concussion' he should had said what would be true a 'Traumatic Experience'. Lindsay did indeed suffer a Traumatic Experience and so anything she said to the cops can be chocked up to miss information due to trauma. She needs to get rid of this guy.

Traumatic experience or not, one knows if they were driving the car that got them in the accident. Unless she had a serious head injury (which she didn't according the hospital - and she was on set hours after the accident and could remember her lines) then she has no defense for her lying other than she just didn't want to get caught and as usual blamed some innocent person. Just like she did when she was caught carjacking and kidnapping on PCH except then she blamed "the black guy" (which she has done twice now - black people beware of Lohan). I love this defense of Heller's - it's going to put Lohan in jail where she has belonged for a long time.

you can't diagnose a concussion with medical equipment you dumbshit perez. Diagnosing a concussion is a hard thing to do. There are of course symptoms of a major concussion but you can easily have a minor concussion that doesn't show any symptoms after the fact.

anyway the source is retarded. There is no way to know for sure whether she had a concussion or not even if the doctors did not diagnose her with one. Even if you do have a concussion it does not stop you from going to work. A small concussion is not that big of a deal.

The only person who knows whether they suffered a concussion would be Lindsay. Even if the docs asked her if she lost consciousness or if she had any other symptoms it does not matter. Small concussions are not diagnosed because they don't really matter. She easily could have suffered a minor concussion. They probably just asked if she lost consciousness or if she feels light headed or something.

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
