She is neither one. I wish her fans will become aware of what makes a good singer. She depends on auto-tune to make her recordings sound decent. She messes up a lot on her live singing.

Certainly if you find mediocre vocals and tragic dancing and rhythm entertaining.

Taylor wants the glory and admiration of a pop performer but isn't willing to put in the time and energy into quality live singing (without the assistance of a backing track that drowns her out when she can't be bothered singing) and learning how to dance properly. To even suggest she comes close to meeting the requirements of what it takes to be a true pop star is an insult to artists like Beyonce and Madonna.
