    It is platinum and it looks gorgeous. Much better than the almost yellowish blonde she had before. She does what she wants. I think it's great!

    its platinum but the flash from all the paps made it look like it was blueish. i love this miley the real her. i do miss her long hair but she looks amazing with short hair as well.

    when using a toner to get the perfect platinum sometimes you get a little lilac or baby blue but I think it's just the light, she would rock the blue tho

    It's platinum, the lighting and the shade are making it appear blueish like brown looks reddish in the sun.
