Lindsay was tested by police officers, there are NO drugs or alcohol involved, it was a traffic accident, did she lie about driving? maybe I don't know but I reckon she was scared. Would the prosecution go to these lenghts normally? HELL NO! they should stop wasting tax payers money on this nothing case.

Re: raypearson – I agree that she needs to go to prison and reside in the general population. I think she should get the max on all counts, 1 year for lying, 6 months for obstruction, 3 months for reckless driving and 245 days for breaking probation. If a judge really cared about the citizens of his jurisdiction - he would put her in the pokey for that long. The only thing that stopped Robert Downey Jr. was a 3 year jail sentence - he said it was jail that made him realize that drugs were just not worth it. Of course I'm not comparing the two acting-wise - as RDjr. is by far and away a talented actor - whereas Lindsay is one of the worst actresses of her generation. I just wish a judge would see that Lohan's history of lying, stealing, breaking probation, etc etc. makes her a poster child for maximum sentences - I mean that's why they have those maximum sentences - for trash like Lohan. —But I think the point might be moot since I am sure she will accept a plea deal. Too bad the deal is just light tap on her alcohol-swollen wrist.

Re: charlieS – Robert Downey Junior did part of his time in the city of La Verne under a corrupt chief of police and captain, both of whom drank and drove in city cars and got into accidents. They allowed RDJ to stay in an unlocked cell with a Television set, video player and the ability to send explorer scouts out to get food and other things. RDJ got himself clean but RDJ is both smarter and self controlled than Lohan and realized that he needed help. LL is convinced that she doesn't need help and has never done anything wrong. She needs a long time in lockup with the therapy, drug treatment and other care she needs so desperately without enablers by her scuzzy lawyer who was disbarred for 5 years.

I saw lock her up and throw away the key..other than her family know one cares what happens to the ugly fire crotch. haha

Re: BobbieFisher2 – The City of Santa Monica and their attorney has jurisdiction over the traffic incident and the lying to police deal. The LA City Attorney has the jurisdiction over the parole violation. She is not likely to go to prison, jail maybe.
