Well, she basically slammed it, just not in its entirety!
Taking to her private Instagram on Sunday, the 35-year-old reportedly wrote:
So early Friday, Pink finally apologized.
She took to Twitter to write:
Oh hey there, Topanga!
Danielle Fishel just made oh so many ‘90s dreams come true when she let it ALL hang out with her cover shoot for the April issue of Maxim!!
Gurl looks absolutely AHmazing!!!!
Check out Danielle (above) on the cover!
While we already cannot wait to see the Boy Meets World series sequel, Girl Meets World, Danielle opened up to the mag about some little known facts about her character!
So just how did Topanga get her name?
“Michael Jacobs, who created Boy Meets World, says he was driving down the highway when production called and said, ‘We need a name for this character!’ He happened to be driving past Topanga Canyon, so he said, ‘Topanga.”
LOLz! We love it! And now it seems the name has not only become a pop culture staple, but a name trend as well!
Danielle said she’s met five little girls with her character’s moniker and that while it’s “crazy and it’s flattering,” she never really knows what to say when she’s introduced!
And, although Topanga has been the character crush of many throughout the years, she spilled that her first-ever girl crush was on Saved By The Bell’s Kelly Kapowski!
Oh and if you’ve ever wondered if Danielle and
Cory Matthews Ben Savage have ever dated in real life, you just might be surprised!
“We went on one date, when I was about 15, and by the time the dinner was over we realized mutually that we were more like family than lovers.”
Aw! There goes that dream — especially since she got engaged last May!
At least we’ll have Girl Meets World to pretend that they ended up together forever… onscreen, that is!
