Luckily, booking was a breeze and the seXXXy singer didn't stay behind bars very long!
Rick rolled out of the Lost Hills sheriff station and immediately updated his fans via Facebook!
He has a gig scheduled for tonight and he swears the show will go on! Sounds like he found his freedom just in time!!
If you remember, Rick was originally arrested for a DUI way back in May of 2011.
