Lindsay Lohan REJECTS Plea Bargain With Only 90 Days Under House Arrest!

lindsay plea deal reject

We guess Lindsay Lohan is SERIOUSLY looking forward to all of the attention she'll most likely receive for going to trial!

Seriously, that's the ONLY plausible explanation we can come up with for why, even though the prosecutors in her upcoming court case are essentially bending over backwards to accomodate a plea bargain, the troubled, legally-challenged starlet is REFUSING to accept any sort of punishment for both violating the terms of her probation and lying to authorities!

That's right!

Lindsay's already turned down demands from the Santa Monic City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney that she agree to either mandatory rehab or jail time in lieu of going to her March 18th trial, and somehow, her lawyer Mark Heller, has apparently managed to convince them to lessen the deal so that she will only have to serve 90 days under house arrest!

Before you start screaming about all the injustices of living in a world world that would allow her to slither out of trouble AGAIN, however, hold off!

Because even with THESE terms, Lindsay is just NOT budging, and insiders close to her confirm that there's around a 75% chance that until she receives no punishment whatsoever, she will NOT agree to any type of plea bargain!

But hey! So be it, then!

The more she fights back, the closer she'll get to an actual conviction!

And maybe THEN will she be able to truly grasp what it means for there to be real-life consequences for one's actions…a lesson she should have stopped and learned a LONG time ago!

What do U think? Is Lindsay setting herself up for jail??

Well I am curious. I am not a fan, or a hater, merely curious. 'could it possibly be that some of the previous charges against her were blown up out of proportion and that if she'd of fought them, in the first place, the repercussions might not have been so severe and damaging to her career, for it seems, she takes a great risk, and may have reason (vindication of a sort) to 'fight city hall.'. (haters need not respond, that pool is tainted.)

HOW IS IT THAT NO ONE CAN SEE IT BUT Lindsay HUH? They're desperate!!! They know they have no case so they're trying to talk her into taking a plea deal.

The last thing on this kind of person's mind is how much denial is costing the taxpayers.
She will go on and on until someone stops it.

Re: Nate – That's what it begins to seem to me. Would you agree if she walks, it's bogus charges?

  8. 8

Re: Nate – if they didn't have a case they wouldn't be prosecuting her, period. won't be long now before we see how it all turns out. I hope she sticks to her guns…

  9. 9

nothing less than the death penalty….

Re: Rose – I'm not a Lindsay fan or hater. The two charges I am aware of are (1) crashing her car and lying to police about being the driver and (2) stealing a necklace from a jewelry store. There are witnesses to (1) and (2) she is on video tape. The store contacted her a week after the theft, if it had been an "accident" as she claimed, she would have noticed wearing the necklace the first time she showered.

Re: ms. trudy – Well this doesn't stand true, they prosecute thousands upon thousands of people that are innocent of their charges, and put them in jail for life.

Re: Snow Glow – Actually, I thought she thought it was a freebie, because she's a 'star.' I know that this is a normal practice for them. I think what you are remembering is she said she got busy and didn't get it returned in a timely manner. (I would wonder why the clerk allowed her to wear it out of the store. It was an item that would have been in a case.) I am not defending her. She's got a lawyer for that. But 'why' is the DA so allmighty interested in plea deals, if they've got a case?

Re: Be-Atch – You sound extremely hard and cruel, have you considered a position as 'warden?'

  17. 17

Re: Rose – Rose they almost always try to plea bargain to save court time and money (well maybe not if you are Charles Manson, no biggie).

For those of you who live in LA and read Perez, the name of the LA City Attorney once again is Carmen Trutanich and he is running for re-election next month. If you have not already voted (I did via absentee ballot), maybe drop him an email telling him how you feel about the matter.

  18. 18

This useless skank should be thrown in jail.

Re: 55vineyard – I haven't noticed LA not prosecuting because a case was 'too small' to warrant the expense of prosecution. But I have noticed people being talked into pleading to a lesser charge just to avoid jail time…even if they are innocent. (and I am NOT saying she isn't guilty). I just don't think that's the reason. I think if they thought they could, they'd put her behind bars, in a heartbeat.

I would LOVE to be a warden…at the woman's prison where this little skank should serve hard time…first, I would make her lick my crack for crack…then, I would have her lick my boots for a vodka and red bull. I would be one tough mama ! I would also make her shower in front of our toughest prisoner - Shaniquia Washington. Shaniquia is 300 lbs, black, and quite hairy. She likes skinny pastey white girls addicted to drugs. I would be one mean warden, indeed. Sorry, Linds….I believe in tough love !

Lock her up until she becomes healthy. Leave her in long enough to realize when she

You know the judges are being paid off. Otherwise, she would have been serving real time long ago. Shame on them. If I stole a valuable necklace, lied to the police, and other things she's done , I'd be in prison right now. Our justice system is laughable. Really laughable.

Please throw her substance abusing, lying self behind the bars of "real" jail and be done with it. The state should go back with 180 days of house arrest or 90 days real jail! Stop playing around with this loser.
