    The photo being used with the video DOES NOT belong to Perez Hilton or K. Flay. It is not fair use to lift it from the photographer's site and use it with this song.

    You flimsy "fair usage copyright statement" is a joke and meaningless.

    This image is being used illegally! The use of this image infringes copyright laws and should be taken down at once. As you can see from the comments, no one appreciates this piece of music, and no one appreciates the ill use of this image either.
