With stories like this you lose all faith in the justice system
We all know if she was not a celebrity, she would be sitting in a jail cell
I have no doubt in my mind that Lohan will be back out on the streets, drinking, driving and crashing
This time if she kills someone, I hope this judge who let her off, has to face the victims family

I'm glad she's going to rehab because she can't possible do any damage there. Unfortunately, I doubt it'll change anything for her. She's been a great actress, I just wish she could stay out of trouble for once.

I am thankful for one thing….she will be in NY and not of the streets of LA where my granddaughter drives daily. Now if she would only stay there and promise not to come back.

Re: Fernie – She WAS in rehab before and got into a fight with one of the employees there. She can do a lot of damage if her brain is functioning correctly but with so much coke and alcohol it most likely isn't. Great Actress. That is the joke of the day right?

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
