    Duh….her ass should be in jail but the system doesn't see them as the same as everyone else. Plus they have high powered lawyers that know how to work the broken justice system. The rest of us get court appointed counsel and they just want to get a win so they really aren't looking to help. Get the plea, serve less time and get out.

    Doe she get special treatment? Does Starbucks sell coffee? This girl's luck in the courtroom is unbelievable. But take a look at her latest mug shot. Ever see anyone age so fast? Ugh, she looks like she's racked up a lot of miles on that face. It's too bad she can't get clean. She does have some acting talent.

    Of course she's getting special treatment. But in the lomg run they're not doing her any favours. If you baby an addiction you wind up with a full grown addiction.

    Is that a serious question? How many people, who are non-celebrities, do you see walking free after continuously violating probation for different crimes? She's never not violated probation, usually when you violate once you're back in the slammer, but she's violated probation after probation for two or three different crimes and still manages to avoid jail. Anyone who thinks this isn't special treatment is an idiot!

    Her "crimes" don't really warrant jail time - let's reserve that for people who do actual crimes. But yes, she deserves punishment and being sent to a locked rehab has got to be hell on wheels for this notorious party girl. She can't leave for 90 days. That would be horrible for me, much less this loser.

    No, she odes not get a special treatment. If a non-celebrity had access to the same high profile attorneys, etc. they would probably be treated similarly.

    What is the deffinition of a celebrity in America? Thought it was someone who is famous in the show business community, not the court house. Doubt she is getting celebrity treatment as clearly most people don't look at her as a celebrity. Her getting off all the time is beyond reasoning but it can't possibly be a celebrity reason.

    People need to get over Lindsay Lohan. The girl desperatly needs phsychlogical treatment…instead of paparazzi. She had so much talent, but her twisted fsmily and this twisted sick American iciety, have turned a once a potentially great talent, into a media frenzy. Would like to kniw why hollywood grown ups, especially woman, don't try to help this young wonan. Meryl, Jodie, Nicole, Angelina….why don't you try to help her? Robert Downey Jr managed to have a second chance….but will Lindsay Lohan? Smehow I doubt it because she is a young wonpman who no one really cares about, except how much media coverage she will get. So, does Lindsay Lohan deserve special treatment? Yes, but it should be in true therapy, as this young woman has some very bad problems. She will probably end up tragically, but sick America feeds off that sort of scamdal and gossip. Pathetic really.

    It is called overcrowding folks.
    US Supreme Court stated California prisons were overcrowded so Governer Jerry Brown released 10's of thousands of non-violent folks to the jails, which in turn had to release their fair share of non-violent offenders so people were not sleeping 10 to a cell.
    I just hope she gets busted in the Midwest sometime as they do not have this problem. My nephew got busted for a small amount of MJ in Iowa and served six months.
