Kimmy is SO worried about her 65 pounds of pregnancy weight, that she fears it will drive Kanye West to find another, leaner woman to get down and dirty with.
She has even noticed that his behavior has changed since her new, fuller figure developed.

At 5 ft tall putting on 65 pounds is gluttonous (ala Jessica Simpson and you). You are carrying someone's baby while married to another man. You have quite obviously cheated on every man you have been with and it appears to be quite an extensive list. You are projecting your own insecurities and dysfunctional lifestyle onto your baby father and of course he will cheat on you and you know what you deserve it.
She is going to be so disgusted at herself after she as this baby for letting herself gain so much weight. I know everyone is different but I only gained 21 pounds my entire pregnancy. It's not healthy to gain that much weight this early on. She is going to be obese.

Wow. Welcome to real life. Romantic dinners and music is the natural start, and how that baby came to be. Life's not all flowers and candlelight. It's living, working, cooking, errands, laundry, chilling with some tube. The dinners and music spice that up once in a while. Forget the fekking weight. Grow up and suck it up. There's no way to have a baby without getting big. You get small again after. Such vapidness is a bigger reason that a man might leave.
