Psy Forced To Change Next Song So He Won't Offend Arab Fans!

Psy new song

The days of Gangnam Style could soon be a thing of the past!

Psy is gearing up to release his next single, but not before he makes sure the song is politically correct.

The Korean pop sensation has chosen to change the lyrics of a song that was to be called Assarabia.

While it is a happy slang word with no racial connotations in South Korea, Psy is scared listeners might misinterpret the song's meaning.

Well, that is probably a smart move, especially because of his angsty nationalistic past.

In this case, it is better to be safe than sorry considering when his career and fame are so new!

We'll be sitting here patiently waiting for the new song, whatever it will be called.

Take you're time, though. It must be a daunting task to figure out how to top the genius of Gangnam Style!

well, what about his song “Dear American,” which called for the killing of US soldiers and their families? if he's got away with that, why can't he get away with anything else?

Not sure if you heard but after what he said about Americans (and it could have been about any country frankly).. he is dead to me. he doesn't deserve one damn dime

He wasn't forced, he chose to. And I can't see why he couldn't just spell it "Asaravia". It's the same thing.

Agreed to most of the above. He has NO problem calling for the killing of American soldiers yet God forbid he risk offending Arabs.

I hope this fat POS disappears.

Yeah because being anti American militarism is such a controversial thing around the world.

He wasn't forced to change the title, he chose to once he was informed that some people (doesn't matter if they're Arabs or Jews or gays or whoever) found it insensitive.

See unlike some jerkoffs in the US, most of the world doesn't see the value in purposefully offending other nationalities just to feel superior about the good ol US of A

No one cares if you hicks don't buy his records. The rest of the world will be enjoying themselves for 15 minutes while you stick your thumps up your asses standing on your soapbox.

As for Psy's comments he has to live with them. It's pretty funny though that Americans considered Psy's edge as awesome when they thought he was poking fun of Asian/Korean culture but when he's ragging on Americans killing and raping schoolgirls while stationed in Asia suddenly his politicization isn't edgy or awesome it's something to QQ about.

Suck it up isn't there Obama or some Muslim to be crying about?

Re: dezz – Glad you are okay with the killing of Americans. People like you don't belong here.
