    I'm not really a fan of Lindsay nor do I hate her but the flying into court last minute comment was unnecessary. As reported on another site (probably the one you get your *selective* info from) the plane was leaking gas and actually deviated to get it fixed/replaced. She was not the only one that got off that plane. Just because she's taking a trip to Brazil doesn't insinuate anything at all. Maybe she needs time away from creeps like you?

    A driven person would get it done!!! She laughs at the system and she has reason too. They have been a joke…as well as her new legal team. It's a freakin stand up comedy!!

    This is exactly what I'm afraid of for her. Too much time before she has to go into rehab. I smell disaster heading her way. I hope I'm wrong.

    well suppose it makes sense to as much as poss before being locked away but at the same time time proves shes not very serious about her sentence lol. That silly mark heller with her still? Though daddy lohan told him to go away?

    Flying off to Brazil, while the IRS has her bank accounts frozen and she was sentenced to rehab…how does this woman sleep at night? When will she get her life in order or will she join the "27 Club"?

    She probably won't be allowed to enter Brazil. Despite having a "place to party" reputation, Brazil is pretty strict when it comes to allowing people with criminal records into the country, especially criminal records such as hers.

    Was going to go Rio until I read a letter in the LA Times travel section about a guy getting robbed at gunpoint at Ipanema so we went to Costa Rica instead, had a wonderful time and drove all over.

    I am sure you have some idea of what would happen to lindsay if she got busted in south america with substances. A pretty but violent loco gringo is going to be in deep shit if she is manic in…. Most countries. Suggest physical confiscation of passport, but do not rule out she can travel via private boat. Shes gonna try to run michael, and she doesnt even see it that way. GO!

    You probably know this but these are confusing times. I just wanted to clarify the "GO" part of my free advice. I did NOT mean go to Brazil and wait for her to show up. I meant, take action, call your attorneys. Im sure you have but just want to offer support because i know your in a quandry of how involved you should and can get. Your the only one that can see to it that she gets the proper detox she needs. You do have rights, and will have more and more as she publically comes to a summit on this one.     michael. Im working on the issue that a parents would be most concerned about right now. If your daughter isnt the delusional poster on E, whomever the poster is could be causing significant problems for her. WHERE IS LINDSAY'S PSYCHIATRIST? Do you want to be famous as having the first female snapper to take down a nightclub? We just dont know, do we?

    ml. I dont mean to complain but ive been babysitting a kid of yours. We have a situation on our hands. There a girl i know that has become psychotic who is writiing to herself on the intErnEt. This lady is clearly having desperate and dangerous times and it seems i am the only person on the planet she is talking to. What time are you going to pick up the kid? I cant save the world ALONE here, buddy! Elp Hay Ow Nay!!!!

    i havent looked at updates in maybe a hour, so maybe shes "safe" now but plans are shes heading to spend time with charlie sheen. Mr. Lohan, i know you have a temper and the morality of that is between you and your God. However, I would like to point out that tempers at this time need to be tempered. Please do not get into a fight with charlie over lindz. He is stable and he has resourses both financial and medical that could benefit lindsay in her transition. The priority needs to be her saftey. If she sleeps with him, it aint the end of the world. This could be the way to make it go easier/smoother for linds. Please.
