Will this feud -- and the associated lawsuits -- ever end??
Here's the thing about Christopher Nolan films: they're the most secretive things on the planet.
We saw it with Inception, we saw it with The Dark Knight Rises, and now we're seeing it with his next flick, Interstellar! So when we hear rumors, they're just rumors until we actually see a trailer!
'The character’s name is Cooper and while there is no deal yet, who says no to Nolan? Interstellar was originally set up in 2006 by Steven Spielberg, when Paramount owned DreamWorks, and after Spielberg became intrigued by Caltech physicist and relativity expert Kip S. Thorne and his scientific theory that wormholes exist and can be used for time travel. It was Spielberg who who set Jonah Nolan to write the script, which made it easy for Christopher Nolan to come aboard after Spielberg left the project.'
Jonah (also known as Jonathan) and Christopher are brothers, and they've worked amazingly together in the past! It only makes sense!
The movie is poised to depict a heroic interstellar voyage to the farthest borders of our scientific understanding. The question is, are people ready for a Nolan-directed Matthew? Is his career ready for a turn like that?
We're willing to bet it is!
