The NEW trailer for the latest YA film adaptation, Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, has arrived!! And it’s quite an action-packed few minutes!

Ch-ch-check out the video (above) and see for yourselves!

Starring Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell-Bower, and Kevin Zegers, Mortal Instruments revolves around Shadowhunters working to fight demons that roam free. Meanwhile, Clary, Lily’s half-human half-angel character, is in for quite the shock once she realizes that her average world of everyday humans isn’t so average anymore.

We didn’t realize how many scenes Lily and her real-life beau, Jamie, had together! What do U think of their onscreen chemistry, folks?!

If only we’d gotten a glimpse of the too seksi Jonathan Rhys Meyers, also set to star in the film!

Either way, that Lily is one lucky lady, running around the film set with these hot men!!

The movie hits theaters August 23rd!

This movie actually looks really good.
Hope its better than the other YA adaptations (twilight, hunger games, beautiful creatures im looking at you).

I am SO stoked for this.
The Mortal Instruments (and all the Shadowhunter books) are excellent. Such great characters, so much actions, and all the romance and heart and humor you could want in a story. And I really do hope the sequels get picked up.
Also, Perez, while the Lily/Jamie chemistry is great, no comment on Kevin Zegers gay character, Alec? You'll love him.
