Mandy Moore & Ben McKenzie Are Advocates (For Love)! Spotted Filming New TV Pilot Together!

Well, it certainly seems as though Mandy Moore is DETERMINED to land herself back on TV in Fall of 2013!

The singer-turned-actress recently departed her original new series, Pulling, after production made serious creative changes to her character, but it seems that she's already landed back on her feet with the CBS drama The Advocates, for which she was already spotted filming the pilot in El Lay yesterday!

And seeing as the show, if picked up to series, will also co-star The O.C.'s Ben McKenzie, we think this one isn't too shabby a fall-back!

Ch-ch-check out the pair on the set (above)!

Apparently, Mandy will be playing a former defense attorney who teams with Ben's wrongly incarcerated ex-con to work as victim advocates in the criminal justice system, and if we're reading the signs properly between their body language, we'd say there could be some SERIOUS on-screen chemistry in the works!

Consider us TUNED IN!

What do U think?? Will U check out The Advocates??

I don't understand why when you talk about Ben, talk about The O.C.! O.C. is the past Southland is the great present and I hope that Ben continues to be in Southland!

Re: Nora – I sure hope so. I think it's time for something new and a better vehicle for him to showcase his talent and get more work.

Excellent news! Won't miss anything that Ben's part of. Besides, he's a smart guy who makes good choices. Definitely will be tuning in and can't wait to see what Ben will do with a new gig. Keep us in the loop?

Ben can do the wounded, damaged and determined like no one's business. With that as part of the story, he could really rock this. Wouldn't miss it and would love to have Ben in a full season again, say 20+ episodes? Bring it on.

Can't wait for this. I'm over SouthLAnd and the lack of decent story lines for Ben's character so if it's an either/or situation then here's hoping that SL doesn't get renewed.
This character sounds like something right up Ben's alley.
