This time the bell won't save AC Slater, LOLz!!
Mario Lopez stands accused of failing to appear at a scheduled event in Philadelphia late last year and now the organizer is suing him for breach of contract!
In filed court documents, Bobby Capone swears Mario's miscue cost him a ton of money and he demands a $50K payday to make it right!
Mario allegedly received an $8,000 advance and it's unclear whether that was returned. Either way, Bobby is royally miffed about the Extra star's last minute cancellation!
In addition to breach of contract, he's suing Mario for consumer fraud and bad faith dealing!
Ruh-roh! We sure hope Mr. Lopez has a top tier legal eagle to fight on his behalf!!!
And, no, Mark-Paul Gosselaar's character from Franklin & Bash does not count! Ha!
