I was born and raised watching AMC & OLTL, 40 years now…. I stopped watching ABC completely when I heard they cancelled my soaps, except for General Hospital - I have to support my remaining sud - but nothing else. I'm so glad to have them back on Hulu & iTunes!!!!! Pick meeeeeeeeeeee!

I have been a devoted One Life To Live fan for as long as I can possibly remember. When my mother moved to America from her home country, she watched One Life To Live to learn how to speak English. With its plot twists and juicy story lines, she got hooked on the soap and continued to watch until it ended on ABC last year. I, along with my mother, tuned in daily to catch all the drama and not to mention, all the sexy love scenes. Watching One Life To Live together was our favorite thing to do as we would dish on the characters and the cliffhangers. When One Life To Live ended, we were devastated. There was no other Soap Opera that could replace our beloved One Life To Live. When news broke that it was coming back, we were ecstatic. I am so happy that my mother and I as well as thousands of other fans get to continue to watch all the drama that will be going down in Llanview, Pennsylvania.

Geez, I can remember watching AMC with my OMA (grandmother) when I was in my teens, and I am 60 now. Just inconceivable that ABC would cancel this show. Got hooked on OLTL later on, still remember the story lines about Joe and Vicki, and Dorian (is her character still around?).

ETA - The best part was OMA would make me grilled cheese sandwiches with Velveeta cheese which my mother would not allow in the house. So good!

I took a trip to Pine Valley and Llanview today!!! I missed my old friend!

Finally, my friends are back! It was so nice checking in with my Llanview and Pine Valley pals today, they've been sorely missed. I used to laugh when I heard my grandparents and relatives go on and on about their "stories". It wasn't until I actually tuned in that I saw how addictive, and comforting, they can be. They become family. They DID become family to me, and they are friends that I can count on during good times and bad. They have helped me pass the time when I was down, depressed, or feeling on top of the world. I am so thrilled to have my OLTL and AMC back. Diva Dorian and Hunky Tuc- you have been missed. Now, Perez can you please work your magic and get Foxy Roxy back in Llanview?

O.M.G, are you kidding me?!?!! THIS IS AMAZING!!! I remember being a toddler & watching this show with my mom… every day!! I got addicted to it at such a young age, lol.
When I moved out of state with my husbands family, I was so happy to find out that his grandmother and his uncle were also addicts. The three of us would watch it together, it was so cool! Then, unfortunately Uncle Robert passed away, but as he was on his hospice bed in the house, we made sure we still watched OLTL with him. The show reminds us so much of him.
I remember when they were going to execute Todd, it was so nerve wrecking for us. We ordered pizza, had some drinks, and basically had a huge viewing party for it. We placed bets to see if they would actually go through with it. When they had Todd tied to that gurney/bed getting ready to do the lethal injection & they were showing flashbacks, my husbands Grandma and I started crying like babies! haha..good times. This has been my all time favorite Soap. Thank you SO MUCH for the chance to win this amazing prize!!!!!!!

It would be a dream come true to win this!! My mom got me hooked on one life to live and all my children when I was 12 and have loved the shows ever since! Would love this so much!

I think it's a safe bet to say that One Life To Live is trying to aim at a younger audience with this cast of fresh faces and I for one am exactly the young audience member they sucked in. I know my dad used to watch the show like crazy and would keep me updated in all that he could, even though I really wanted to watch this season. It looks intense and dramatic enough for me because I'm a little drama king. I would like to win this script, not only because it is signed by a talented and wonderful cast of amazing actors, but because I could possibly act out which ever episode I get in a one man show in my room, which I love doing because I'm an actor.

This is my second attempt at entering a contest offering an autographed script (obviously the first one was unsuccessful). I can't enter all the other contests out there that offer trips to the premiere or visits to the set as I can't afford travel, time off work or even nice enough clothes to wear to such an event. I used to collect scripts long ago when I actually had a disposable income (nowadays i'm lucky if I can afford a loaf of bread to last me for that week's food). Since the cancellation announcement, I've been very active in the Save OLTL movement, sharimg a lot of my experience from the groundbreaking Save Farscape Campaign a decade earlier. The fight to get oltl back consumed a large part of my focus, time, and energy since April 2011. Just about everything in my life has gone wrong to the point that I really don't have anything left to live for with the only things that bring me any joy being my areas of fandom. I made firm plans to end it all before my 40th birthday in December 2011 but the desire to see the final oltl episode in January and the fight to save oltl gave me something of a mission and something to cling to to keep me going. I know that sounds very pathetic but welcome to my life! Really hoping for this.

Watched the first new episode of AMC and OLTL. It is so exciting to have them both back. It is more than just like having old family members come home, it is whole towns being resurrected from the grave. So looking forward to what is coming in the following weeks. Looks like they have a great writing team!

I am beyond thrilled that my two favorite shows eve (not just soaps but of any tv shows) are back! I've watched both shows since day one. I will continue to watch on both Hulu+ & iTunes. It's so nice, ill watch them twice. Each and every day.

Thank you Prospect Park for making the fans happy again. Tears of joy and happy dances all around.

It would be so amazing to win this! My mother has been watching both shows since they premiered when she was a child. She was distraught when the shows ended and so excited when she learned they were back. This would be the ultimate Mothers Day gift!

I was so happy to have my friends back last night!! From seeing TSJ again to Tea seemingly losing her mind, and Dani's fallout to seeing Natalie still reeling from losing John… I can't wait to see more and find out what happened over the year!

I watch both AMC and OLTL. I am very excited they are both back on. There are many newcomers and crazy story lines to figure out but I am very excited!!!!!

  25. 25

Honestly I imagine that all the participants in the contest are worthy to win. I think that I should win because even after the announcement and cancellations I never stopped fighting or believing these shows would be back. I am so excited for this week that I can't even express. Thanks to Perez for having this contest at all!! Yesterday April 29th #SuperSoapMonday is a day I'll never forget!!! Long live #AMC and #OLTL and the soap genre!

I watched OLTL on ABC for almost 20 years. I was pissed when ABC cancelled OLTL but when Prospect Park brought it back on Hulu I was excited. I've already watched the first two shows and absolutely love it.

Welcome home AMC & OLTL.. April 29, 2013 was the happiest day for many soap viewers out there as well as for all the cast/crew of both shows. The wait between episodes is soo long, but well worth the wait. AMAZING!!!!!!!

I am in my happy place OLTL is back on. I was on cloud nine when it came on day 1 & the first person I see is my Idol Erika Slezak–Mrs. B. I cannot say thank you enough to PP for bring my family home & brought them in a wonderful way. I don't care for the dance without names but doesn't matter since the show is terrific. I love the way it keeps going with little ads. You are just waiting after all this time to see what will happen next. I know when Victor poped up every OLTL fan hollered. I am a HAPPY CAMPER.

  33. SORAS says – reply to this

I watched AMC for 32+ years until 9-23-11. I watched again on 4-29-13 and was THRILLED. I smiled the entire time. I was filled with such anticipation and was not disappointed. I loved it. I'll adjust to all the new characters, the SORAS'd kids, etc…and am just loving seeing all of the veterans! Perez…why a OLTL script and no AMC script?

  34. 34

I am ECSTATIC these shows have returned! I myself have called, mailed, emailed, faxed, protested, rallied and railed for the past two years for these shows. Very happy to know that Prospect Park and all the actors were listening. I watched these shows from day one and happily will watch them again. It was like losing an entire branch of the family when they were cancelled and now the reunion is in full swing! YAAAAAAY!

  35. 35

Re: teeter totter – YES, Dorian is back in Llanview! Check her out on Hulu! :)

  36. Anna says – reply to this

All My Children is to my mom as what Boy Meets World is to me… EVERYTHING!! Love it so much, I am writing this for hopes to win something really special for my mom! We love our shows and this one is hers! xoxo

  37. 37

Please pick me! I'm relatively new to One Life to Live and All My Children (I've only been watching for 10 years), but I did grow up watching them with my mother when I was home sick from school or during snow days. And thanks to SoapNet and YouTube, I've seen well over the 10 years I've been a daily viewer. I even followed the One Life characters over to General Hospital and now I'm addicted to that show too. I was so devastated when ABC cancelled both shows that I wrote the network some strongly worded letters and followed all the developments from Hoover pulling their commercials to Prospect Park picking up the show (the first time).

But I'm so exhilarated my favorite characters are back daily on Hulu and they fit into my schedule whenever I want instead of my rearranging my work/school schedule which is how it had been. When I'm up at 5 in the morning, I new episodes waiting for me and that's even better a signed script. But if you picked me to win the script, I wouldn't say no. Thanks for considering me and thank you for promoting the shows!
