Chris Brown Pisses Off Neighbors With His Grinning Graffiti!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but these beholders do NOT think Chris Brown's graffiti art is beautiful in the least!

Some of the peeps who live in Breezy's Hollywood Hills neighborhood are very unhappy with his recent grinning, gouhlish spray painted wall additions…

So much so that they have filed a formal complaint with L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge!

The artist — who has just turned 24 — has now been ordered to cover the offensive murals or he could face a hefty fine.

Maybe dude just needed to spray out his tension over the latest Rihanna drama and was planning on washing the paint off once he feels better?

BUT, rumor has it the graffiti complaint is just indicative of larger issues that Breezy's neighbors have with the popstar, and that they are also annoyed at his loud, late partying AND are unnerved by all the fast cars that zoom through the 'hood.

Hmmm! Is someone being a menace in the Hollywood Hills?!

Ch-ch-check out Chris' wall art for yourself (below)! Do U think it should be covered up?

Perez! leave the kid alone…. malicious complaints are indicative of a larger problem with a racially sensitive society.

As many musicians do, he has artistic talent. Some of his other graffiti demonstrate that.
Chris should take serious lessons along the way, or later attend post secondary art school.
He could legitimately sell his works as a lucrative side business, as most musical careers have a limited shelf life.

How is it that every frigging photo of this guy just screams "I'm a douche!"

Glad I don't live in his neighborhood, I would be complaining also.
That stuff is not "art" no matter what some of the idiot critics try and sell you, it is just garbage scribbling which is a blight and brings down property values.

Re: teeter totter – I didn't like a lot of Warhol's stuff either. These aren't good, but some of his stuff is good.

I'm confused, they're on his house right and nobody else's right? So how will they get him to cover up his OWN walls and fine him for painting on his OWN house? Fair enough if he whacked spray paint all over his neighbours houses but it's his own damn house.
