50 Shades Of Grey Whips Director Joe Wright Into Submission??!

| Filed under: Film FlickersBookz50 Shades Of Grey

50 shades director in talks joe wright

Oh goodie! If we can lock him down, maybe we're one step closer to having Ian Somerhalder play Grey! Fingers crossed!

The dominatrix movie magic is well on its way because Atonement director Joe Wright is being cornered to direct the 50 Shades of Grey film adaptation.

Settle down! Settle down!!!

Don't break out the paddles and bondage just yet!

No one has signed on the dotted line, but their are some LOUD whispers that Joe is "their man."

While the scandalous trilogy hasn't declared its stars and decorated writer Kelly Marcelli hasn't turned in a finished script , Universal Pictures chairman Adam Fogelson predicts the erotic delight could hit theaters as soon as 2014.

Is it just us or is this flick taking a painfully long time to make??!

We want our Christian Grey (aka Ian?!) and we want him NOW.

    Matt Bomer plesase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Ian character would NOT do Grey justice. I think Alex Petyfer would be a way better choice.

Maybe it is taking so long because it is hard to get any decent people to sign up for a crappy story. This could be a career killer for an actor - like Showgirls.

How are they going to make this book into a 2 hour movie?

I think Ian would be absolutely great for this role. Grey is a dark, and mysterious character and Ian fits that personality criteria. Not only that but he's gorgeous;)

I have to say I went through all 3 books in less than a month and I loved it. Yet they left me wanting more. So I started my own attempt at what "more" would look like for me. It's just the beginning but hopefully there is still much more to come. Stay tuned:

Oh I so wanted Henry Cavill to play Christian Grey, but with Man of Steel about to make hit theaters, doubt he'll take it on. Henry Cavill with Amanda Seyfried would've been my picks.

Sorry Ian Somerhalder fans and don't hate but I don't think he's right for this role, I mean he's a hot bad boy but Zac Efron is Christian Grey.

This movie will be good maybe not fly off the shelves like the book but I would love to see it and are you a critic, good thing you aren't because you don't have an open mind and wouldn't be good as a critic.
