hbo game of thrones red wedding

So we lost our shizz during Sunday night’s episode of Game of Thrones.

And given the highly emotional and angered comments spanning throughout our Facebook newsfeed and Twitter feeds, we know we’re not the only ones.

For those of you who haven’t yet seen the Rains of Castamere, we suggest you stay away (SPOILERS!), but for those of you who are just as gutted as we are after that brutal scene — the scene that shall not be named — take comfort in this six-minute long video of viewers’ live-recorded reactions.

Ch-ch-check it out…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

We’re pretty sure our shock mirrored theirs!

What’s more, it’s absolutely HIGHlarious!

OMG!!! Haha, I wished there were videos like this of European fans reacting to the episode. Just to compare the European VS American reaction! :)

If I had not already read the books and known it was coming , I am sure I would have thrown something at the TV when I saw it. I nearly had the same reaction just from the text. It was heinous, to say the least.

The worst part was when they started with Talisa and then near the end the devastated look on Arya's face after Robb's wolf was dispatched. No going back for her now.

Re: Clayjay – totally agree, I had nightmares and I just couldn't continue reading few a days, it was gruesome

In the books, Robb does not get hardly any page time (and is not a main POV character). I remember feeling more pain and horror for Catelyn–having to watch her son die. In the book, she still thought Brann and Rickon were dead and had just learned that Sansa had been married to the Imp. Her life was utter shit and then came the Red Wedding.
